FAQ - FLIGHT PACKAGES

What extra charges are there?
We have two flight packages. They are the Extraordinary Escape and the Flight For Two.

Extraordinary Escape
The Extraordinary Escape, a cruise program with air included does not include, airport transfers and airport improvement fees. Land accommodations at the port of departure, car rental, or other ground transportation to the port of departure are the responsibility of the traveler. Recipients are required to pay a 308.00 US fee to cover government taxes and port charges and a $100.00 US refundable deposit to book and reserve your cabin. All cruise certificates are for 2 people; additional adults or children can be added for an extra charge.

When/How do I get my $100 deposit back?
If you have received an Extraordinary Escape certificate and have completed your vacation, simply request a refund by calling (604) 451-1414. Your refund will be mailed to you. Please allow 30 days for processing.

Flight For Two
Flight for Two tickets must be used in conjunction with your stay at one of Odenza Marketing Group's participating hotels or resorts. Resort accommodations vary in cost depending on destination, length of stay and time of year. Prices currently start at 159.00 US/night per couple.

Booking Period
We must receive your airline reservations form no later than 70 days prior to your departure date. Your reservation form must be accompanied by your payment in full by certified cheque or money order in US funds. We suggest that you book 90 day in advance.
