Official Sweepstakes Rules
Contest Open Only To Legal Residents of the United States & Canada
Excluding its Territories, Overseas Military Installations and Commonwealths
All Sweepstakes entries shall be automatically registered

1. Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Entrants may only win once and shall be prohibited from winning any subsequent Sweepstakes.



2. HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY: To enter the Sweepstakes -- (1) Fill out and complete an online registration form and automatically enter the draw.
   
   Entries are limited to one entry per person. Participants entering must provide a valid e-mail address. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sweepstakes judges in writing if the entrant changes his/her e-mail address. (To do so write to: [email protected]). In case of dispute as to identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person who is the registered user of the e-mail address submitted in the winning entry.



3. Sweepstakes winner will be posted on the Winner Page located at www.odenzavacations.com on or after March 1, 2013. To obtain the winner's names, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with a photo attached "Winners - Odenza Sweepstakes," Suite 230 4664 Lougheed Hwy. Burnaby, B.C. Canada V5C 5T5
   
   Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 1, 2013 by a representative of Odenza Marketing Group Inc. Entries will not be accepted after the deadline date of February 18, 2013. Winners are required to prove eligibility. Winners will be notified by either e-mail or regular mail by Odenza Marketing Group Inc., on or about March 1, 2013. Winner will have fourteen (14) days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail or regular mail. Odenza Marketing Group Inc. and its agencies shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.



4. One (1) winner will be selected and will receive the grand prize of an Apple iPod Touch. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). All prizes will be awarded. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prizes or cash equivalent is permitted by Winner. Odenza Marketing Group Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.



5. Odenza Marketing Group Inc. and its agencies shall not be liable for (a) late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, program, network, Internet, or computer failures of any kind; or (c) failed, incomplete, garbled, unintelligible, or delayed computer messages. If the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised or corrupted at any time, Odenza Marketing Group Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes.

7. Odenza Vacations contest and "Click to cruise" sweepstakes is sponsored by Odenza Marketing Group Inc., and is exclusive to the Odenza trademark and logo. No purchase necessary.



8. Stories and photographs or related materials submitted (hereinafter, the "Submissions") will not be returned or kept confidential. All such Submissions may be used: (i) on www.odenza.com (the "Website"); (ii) for other publication by Odenza Marketing Group Inc. ('Odenza') or its related companies or entities, and distributed in all markets and media internationally. By submitting the above, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions and consent to your name and geographic location possibly being published in connection with the publication and distribution of your Submission(s).
