Q. Why do I have to send in funds to Odenza Marketing Group?
A. Because this is a promotional program, the funds you send act like a security deposit for your reservation. In the event you decide not to redeem your tickets your funds are fully refundable.

Q. How long is my VIPTicketPro certificate valid for?
A. Your program has an expiry date and all ticket requests must be completed prior to that date.

Q. How long does it take to receive my tickets?
A. Our goal is to have your tickets in your email or mailbox within two weeks of purchase. Some events may have a delivery delay in place, as such your tickets will not be shipped or available to print prior to that date. This delay is intentionally in place by the event organizer or ticket outlet (e.g. Ticketmaster) to prevent any fraud. If it’s 24-48 hours before the event and you’re still waiting for your tickets, contact us and we’ll make sure you can pick them up at the venue’s will call window or we will email them to you.
