Recipients may also be responsible for any expenses not included in the certificate, such as transfers, gratuities, meals, or other optional add-ons. If the certificate requires a refundable deposit at the time of registration, that deposit will be applied toward the taxes and fees at booking, or it can be refunded at any time prior to completing the booking. For event ticket certificates, a shipping, handling, or service fee may apply, however, this does not apply to travel certificates.

A. Every recipient is entitled to the promotional package outlined in their certificate. However, since Odenza Vacations is a full-service travel agency, our travel advisors can also help guests customize the vacation of their dreams. This may include extending the length of the trip, adding extra travelers, upgrading accommodations, traveling over a holiday, or even choosing a completely different destination. These upgrades are available at additional cost based on availability. Advisors can also assist with booking add-ons such as car rentals, attraction passes, and more. The sky is the limit.

Are there black out dates for Odenza’s travel certificates?

A. Odenza’s certificates do not have any specific blackout dates. Travel during peak vacation periods, or any State, Provincial or Federal Holidays may be subject to additional cost. Some programs will indicate in the certificate terms and conditions if certain days of the week are included promotionally for departure or check-in.

How long until Odenza’s travel certificates expire?

A. Every Odenza travel certificate will include an expiry date which travel must be completed by. Travel certificates will typically have an expiry date of up to 2 and a half years from when certificate was purchased from Odenza. The expiry date will be printed directly on the certificate or provided by email if delivered electronically.

Can my customer gift an Odenza certificate to someone else to use?

A. Yes, Odenza’s certificates are transferable prior to registration. Customers may gift the certificate to anyone that they would like, provided that they have not started registration with Odenza. Please note that Odenza’s certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, any monetary consideration, resold and cannot be reproduced.

What is the minimum amount of certificates I have to purchase with Odenza?

A. A minimum of 10 certificates is required to place an order with Odenza, however we offer volume based discounts on higher quantity orders.

Can I try out an Odenza certificate before offering it to my customers?

A. Odenza’s travel incentive certificates cannot be used by client principles, employees or related parties, which means you may not try out an Odenza certificate before offering it to your customers, however your Odenza sales representative would be happy to provide a demonstration of the registration process along with testimonials from our happy travelers to share some examples of the customer experience.

Can I give an Odenza certificate to my staff?

A. If you have purchased travel incentives from Odenza to run a promotion, you may not give one of those certificates to a staff member, unless they have made a qualifying purchase as a customer during the promotion period. How quickly will I receive the certificates after I place my order with

Odenza utilizes FedEx Priority Overnight shipping for all orders, and our goal is to have your certificates delivered on the next business day after the order has been placed and shipped from our office. Please note that delivery to rural or remote areas may require additional transit time. Some shipping delays may also occur due to factors outside of Odenza’s control, such as customs processing, weather events, or carrier disruptions.
